5.4 CONNECTING THE HYDRAULIC BRAKE
On gear units designed for coupling to hydraulic motors and tted with a brake, connect the brake
control tting to the hydraulic circuit at the time of assembly.
Start-up
The minimum pressure to release the brake (see chart) must be less than 320 bar.

is the maximum torque the brake can exert.
Under dynamic loads the braking torque is reduced. The actual M

values can vary from -5% to
+15% of the rating given in the chart.
