Note: In new software version, in case of E09, the electrical heater is automatically switched ON to ensure a
minimum of 40ºC in tank until technician intervention (even if appliance is in HP or combi). Always do reset to error
before start troubleshooting as e-heater cable could be energized if T top < 40ºC.

compressor terminal and chassis:
C – chassis ≠ 0
R – chassis ≠ 0
S – chassis ≠ 0
Before the E09 error after the 12 tentatives, the
frost symbol blinks in display during the waiting
time of 1 hour until next attempt to start
