Incorrect position of Top NTC temperature sensor (reading of tank top temperature)
Note: detection done by NTC T dis > T top +30ºC during 3 min)
Code E15 – Lock Out Error (reset by pressing OK for more than 3 sec) (only HP 270-3)
Circulation pump with insufficient rotation

Correct position and ensure enter +/-
30 cm (until white sticker)
Note: due to new bottom sensor
position, it is possible to detect if
top NTC is correctly placed
Measure input signal to pump:
Brown – White: 8 – 24 V dc
Pump is blocked?
Open pump by removing
motor from housing
Yes
Remove dirtiness from
pump blades
Check parameter 10d:
expected value > 50 Hz
Measure feedback signal:
Yellow – white: 100 Hz
