water-free HF hydraulic fluids / HF hydraulic fluids
containing water / HFx hydraulic fluids.
Filtration ofthe hydraulic fluid
Finer filtration improves thecleanliness level
ofthehydraulic fluid, which increases theservice life
oftheaxial piston unit.
A cleanliness level ofat least 20/18/15
istobemaintainedaccording toISO4406.
At ahydraulic fluid viscosity ofless than 10 mm²/s
(e.g.duetohigh temperatures during short-term
operation), acleanliness level ofatleast 19/17/14
according toISO 4406 isrequired.
For example, the viscosity is 10 mm²/s at:
▶ HLP 32 atemperature of73 °C
▶ HLP 46 atemperature of85 °C
