Assembling the acceleration element (2/2)
9. Drag the chain in the
top guide profi le to the
drive head.
10. Place the chain on the
drive wheel.
Rotate the drive wheels
in the conveying direction
until the chain appears on
the chain tensioner.
11. Close the chain.

– for accumulation roller chain:

12. Loosen the mount
of the chain tensioner.
Check the tension
of the chain.
13. Mount the outer halves of
the protective case.
14. Install the gear motor.
Please note:
• Avoid accumulation above
the acceleration element.
Accumulation above the
acceleration element
causes severe roller wear
and shortens the service
life of the chain.
