4. Fix the chain tensioner.
5. Open the chain at the
chain lock.

chain links that you can
close the chain as closely
at the chain tensioner
as possible.

Please note:
• Remove the same number of
chain links for both chains.
• Note in the maintenance
plan how many chain links
you have removed.
• Replace the chain
if the permissible
elongation of the chain
(= 3% of the original length)
is exceeded.
7. Close the chain.
8. Loosen the chain
tensioner.
Check the tension of
the chain.
9. Install the lower cover
sheets and the side
cover plates.
10. Install the gear motor.
