Hold down the [ ] button until
the power turns on.

The VE-5 has an internal mic. The internal
mic will be used if an external mic is not
connected.

When connecting via line output
If you want to connect the VE-5 via its line output to your mixer, connect a com-
mercially available Y-adaptor audio cable to the PHONES/LINE OUT jack.
