 Potentiometer Adjustment
If a feedback potentiometer fault occurs the issue is due to the
potentiometer settings This routine will allow the customer to quickly adjust
the potentiometer back into the proper range
 Place the unit in manual mode
 Actuate to the fully closed position
 Loosen the potentiometer gear set screw (mm hex key)
 Use a No  flat head screwdriver to adjust the potentiometer through
the center of the gear
a If the set screw is loosened properly the potentiometer should
adjust without turning the potentiometer gear
 Adjust potentiometer just above the fault set point
a You may need to first adjust so that you see the fault
 Hold the screwdriver in place and ensure that any slip in the gear does
not turn the fault LED back on
a If the fault activates adjust the potentiometer slightly more
 Tighten the potentiometer gear setscrew (See S IOM for torque)
 Operate unit to the fully open position and ensure that the feedback
potentiometer fault does not activate
 If the fault activates in the fully open position check that the full open
and full closed cams are set correctly and repeat from step 
 Recalibrate the actuator
