b. First Layer Height: This first layer of the
model influences the adhesion performance
between model and platform. The maximum
value is 0.4 mm. Normally the default value
is sufficient.
Shells
This includes the outer shell value, the cover
layer value (under a vase pattern; the upper
robust layer setting is invalid.
Perimetre Shells: Maximum is 10
Top solid layer: Maximum is 30, minimum
is 1
Bottom solid layer: Maximum is 30,
minimum is 1.
Infill
Fill Density: Fill rate.
Fill Pattern: The pattern of the filling mold.
This has an influence on the printing time.
Combine infill: The layers for the
combination can be selected according to
the layer thickness. The combined thickness
should not exceed 0.4 mm. "All n layers"
refers to all layers. "All n inner layers" only
affects inner infills, i.e. the printing time is
shortened.
Speed
Print Speed: The extruder movement
speed. Generally speaking: The lower the
print speed, the better the print result. 80" is
recommended for PLA printing.
Travel Speed: Control of the movement
speed of the extruder without printing. 100"
is recommended for PLA printing.
Note: The parameter settings can be
adjusted accordingly for different
models.
Temperature
Extruder temperature: Recommended
extruder temperature: 220°C Note: The
different temperatures influence the printing
process. The temperature must be adapted
to the prevailing conditions in order to
achieve a good printing result.
