SENSe Subsystem
The SENSe subsystem { XE “Commands:SENSe” } allows changes to how the instrument
makes measurements.
SENSe Subsystem Functions
:AVERage:STATe?
Description
Queries the state of the averaging status.

Description
Sets the state of the averaging status.

Description
Queries the number of readings being averaged for wavelength and
power values.

Description
Sets the number of readings being averaged for wavelength and
power values.

:AVERage:DATA? { :POWer | :FREQuency | :WAVelength | :WNUMber }
Description
Returns averaged wavelength or power data for the last N number of
measurements. The value of N is set by :AVERage: COUNt command.
If averaging is not turned on then the most recent data is returned.
