1. Disconnect the Ultrasonic Core.
2. Inspect for fluid or damage of the
pins.
3. Dry the Ultrasonic Core connector, if
necessary.
4. Reconnect the Ultrasonic Core and
ensure the connection is secure.
5. Resume ultrasound.
The Infusion
Catheter and
Ultrasonic Core are
not compatible.
E304
The Infusion
Catheter and
Ultrasonic Core
connected to the
Control Unit are not
compatible (either
catheter zone
length and
ultrasound zone
length or working
length).
Notify the physician.
Ensure the
Ultrasonic Core is
fully inserted in the
catheter.

Core is not fully
inserted in the
Infusion Catheter
while ultrasound is
running.
Ensure the Ultrasonic Core is fully
inserted in the Infusion Catheter.
Resume ultrasound.
