7.2.3 Replacing the membrane
The membranes of the V-100 are located on the left and right behind the pump head.

1 Membrane
To remove the membrane you require a clamp (see Chapter10.2 "Spare parts and
accessories", page46).
Precondition:
R Pump has been shut down.
u Remove the top cover of the V-100 and remove the pump head (see Chap-
ter7.2.2 "Dismantling and reassembling pump head", page35).
u Grip membrane with clamp and turn counter-clockwise.
u Remove old membrane and insert new membrane.
u Tighten new membrane by turning clockwise with clamp.
u Refit the pump head and pump top cover (see Chapter7.2.2 "Dismantling and re-
assembling pump head", page35).
