Precondition:
R Pump has been shut down.
u Unscrew the two knurled-head screws and remove the pump top cover.
u Unscrew two screws (1) from each elbow connection (2).
u Remove the two elbow connections together with the pump-head connection piece
(3) from the pump heads.
u Unscrew the GL14 cap nuts (4) on each end of the pump-head connection piece
counter-clockwise and remove the connections (2).
u Pull the GL14 cap nuts off the pump-head connection piece.
u Feed a new pump-head connection piece through the union nuts.
u Screw the GL14 cap nuts onto the connections. Make sure that the FEP pipe
seals under the GL14 cap nuts are in proper contact with the pump-head connec-
tion piece and are not damaged.
u Fit the connections together with the pump-head connection piece on the pump
heads.
u Refit the pump top cover and fix in place.
