4 Safety
4.1 About these instructions
These operating instructions contain important
information for the safe and correct operation of the
Logamatic 4121, 4122 and 4126 control units.
4.2 Correct use
The Logamatic 4121, 4122 and 4126 control units are
designed to control and monitor heating systems with
different types of boiler in detached houses, apartment
buildings, residential complexes and buildings with
medium to large heat demand.

z Only operate the control unit as intended and if it
is
in perfect working order.
z Let your local heating contractor instruct you
thoroughly in the operation of this system.
z Read these operating instructions carefully.
z Only enter or change the operating values detailed
in
these instructions. Other entries alter the control
programs of the heating system and can lead to
incorrect system functions.
z Maintenance and repairs as well as troubleshooting
should only be carried out by authorised and
qualified personnel.

supplementary national requirements. Its
conformity is demonstrated by the CE
designation.

unit (e.g. with the heating system
emergency stop switch) or isolate the
heating system from the mains supply
by removing the main fuse.

contractor to rectify any heating system
