Using the Mold Cylinder
Before making a mount, clamp the mold cylinder so it cannot rotate.
Before installing or replacing a mold cylinder use the MANUAL COOL function. This will lower
the mold cylinder to a safe handling temperature.
Clean the molding powder flash from the upper and lower RAM after completing each
molding cycle.
Apply Release Agent after every fifth or sixth mold to prevent build up of molding powder on
the inside of the mold cylinder and the outside faces of the upper and lower RAM.
