Design:
For single or double-acting valve drives
Control valve:
Using solenoid valves with the rocker principle:
1 x 3/2 way control valve with single-acting valve drive
2 x 32-way control valve with double-acting valve drive
Electrical interface:
- PG ducts with screw terminals;
- Multipol round connector, 12-pole;
- For bus drives (AS interface), the standard 4-pole M12 round
connectors for these drives or PG ducts with connection terminals are
used (AS-i control not available at the moment).
Pneumatic interface:
1/8” connections in various thread varieties (G, NPT, RC)
Housing:
Protection of the housing of the Top
Control
from excessive internal
pressure, for example, as a result of leakages, through a pressure
limitation valve.
Options:
Position feedback and display
a) 24 V unit:
Inductive proximity switch (initiator);
Position feedback via binary outputs (working as normally-open
contacts);
b) 24 V 110 V and/or 230 V units:
Mechanical limit switch;
Position feedback via binary outputs (as normally open or normally
closed contacts).
The adjustment of the switching points for the position feedback switches
takes place during the installation of the Top controller on the valve drive.
Intelligent communication circuit (AS interface):
Automatic reduction of the holding current for the control valves.
