8.2 Check oil level
Proceed as follows:
• Switch off the vacuum system.
• Wait 1 minute after switching off the vacuum pumps, before checking the oil level.
Top up with oil if necessary.
8.3 Oil and oil filter change
ATTENTION!
Operation of the vacuum pump without oil will cause severe damage to it quickly.
• Only use oils approved by Busch.

(chap. 15) and oil (chap. 16).
