Observe the following notes if the vacuum pump is returned to Busch.
Proceed as follows when the vacuum pump was used to transport gas contaminated with
foreign substances hazardous to health:
• Decontaminate the vacuum pump and indicate the contamination status based on a
"Conformation declaration".
Busch accepts only vacuum pumps that include a completed and legally signed "Con-
tamination declaration".
