Please inform the customer that the energy storage system can support the APP. As an
installer of BYD please help the client download the APP, register an account and show
them how to use it.

Because of the complex working conditions of the system, the following reasons may cause
an error between the operating data and actual data.
- The APP data which is the average operating data in 1 min is not the real time operating data.
