HNS_JT Modem
Hughes modem that uses the Jupiter Ka transceiver, with this type of service the search
parameters are read directly from the modem. The Satellite and DVB settings are not
propagated to the Satellite and DVB Transponder section but can be viewed on the Controls
interface.
IPStar – Modem
Requires a CD-Key to be generated using modem manufacturer ID, Controller Model Number
and Last 5 digits from the Controller Serial Number.
Gilat
All Satellite and DVB settings are read from the modem using AMIP (OpenAMIP) interface, the
search settings are not displayed in the Satellite and DVB Transponder section. Two sub-ids
exist to differentiate the type of modem being used and support under the two different
interfaces.
