ERROR 0X8915 - RF IS TOO LOW or TRIA IS NOT BEEPING
NOTE: This issue differs from a Ku setup. The TRIA has two methods of connection, a Single IFL (TX
only) or Dual IFL (RX and TX). The TRIA MUST be beeping (Tooway & SurfBeam 2 only) when
searching for satellite. The following steps will help isolate the cause of the issue.
Step 1:
• Verify all the physical connections are properly connected by referring to Quick Start Guides.
• Verify the controller is properly configured by referring to the Quick Start Guides.
• The modem must be provisioned. Please contact your NOC.
• If the RX connection was corrected, please continue as normal.
• For Tooway and SurfBeam 2 setup, if the TRIA is still not beeping while in installer/search
modes continue troubleshooting your setup.
• If RF is still in RED/YELLOW continue troubleshooting your setup.
