A. Direct Print and Share
Direct Print and Share is a Canon cloud-based portal solution that helps users
expand their printing workflow.
Users can upload documents to their own cloud account using any
WebDAV compliant cloud service.
Share or print PDFs, TIFFs, JPEGs, and HP-GL/2 files, with the ability to
do batch printing.
Set up and configure multiple customized “Hot Folders on the desktop, for
drag and drop printing.
B. imagePROGRAF Print Utility
imagePROGRAF Print Utility is Canon’s mobile app for wireless printing via
an Apple© iPad© to an imagePROGRAF printer.
Allows users to review PDF files
Utilizes basic printer driver settings including number of copies,
orientation, and quality
Allows the end-user to print to an imagePROGRAF 5-color printer sharing
the same network
Available for free download through the iTunes App Store
C. Status Monitor
The enhanced imagePROGRAF Status Monitor (Version 25.51) allows for
easy ink replenishment.
Ink purchase notification function prompts users to reorder ink tanks that
are running low.
Provides link to website for ink tank purchases
Provides contact information for a trusted retailer
Monitored events are user-selectable
D. Accounting Manager
Accounting Manager tracks how much ink and media is being consumed
when printing.
Allows assignment of ink and paper costs to determine “Cost of goods
Allows addition of variable costs to total print job cost
Ink consumed per Job
Media consumed per Job
Job completion time cost
Other variable costs
