  If the printer is not operating even though your Canon Camcorder and printer are correctly connected, the camcorder may be set to NETWORK mode. Set the camcorder to CARD PLAY mode, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable, and turn off the printer and turn it back on.

  If pressing the start/stop button on your Canon Camcorder does not start recording, make sure the camcorder is turned on. Also, check if a cassette is loaded. If the tape has reached the end, rewind it or replace the cassette. If “v“ flashes on the screen, the cassette is protected; replace the tape or change the position of the protect switch. Finally, ensure the camcorder is set to CAMERA mode.

Why does Canon MVX25i battery pack will not charge?

  If your Canon Camcorder's battery pack will not charge, it could be due to several reasons. First, battery packs will not charge outside the temperature range of 0 ºC and 40 ºC, so charge the battery pack in temperatures between 0 ºC and 40 ºC. Second, battery packs become hot with use and may not charge, so wait until the battery pack temperature is below 40 ºC and retry charging. Finally, the battery pack might be damaged, so try using a different battery pack.
