Adjustment of printline
An important characteristic for a high quality print is the parallelism of the focal line of the thermal
printhead to the pressure roll. Because of the fact that the position of focal line of the printhead
depends on fluctuations caused by production, it is necessary to set the parallelism.
Use printhead adjusting gear to adjust the contacting surface between printhead and label.
In order to get better printing balance and quality.
When turning printhead adjusting gear counter-clockwise (as arrow 1 shows), the printhead would
move in a direction where arrow A is.
When turning printhead adjusting gear clockwise (as arrow 2 shows), printhead would move in a
direction where arrow B is.
