Thesafetybar(1)isdesignedtopreventtheoperatorfrom
leavingtheoperator’scompartmentwithoutrsthaving
retractedthesafetybarintotheleft-handcontrolarm.
Thelever(2)operatesthesafetybar(1)andcancelsthe
functioningofthecontrolleversandpedals.Whenthe
lever(2)isincentralposition,thesafetybar(1)isininward
positioninthecontrolarmandtheattachment,traveland
swingfunctionscannotbeoperated.
ATTENTION:Theenginemustbestartedwiththesafety
barretracted.Ifthesafetybarisextended,itisnotpossi-
bletostarttheengine.

Tomaketheattachment,travelandswingfunctionsoper-
ationaloncemore,pushthelever(2)forwardforthesafety
bar(1)tocomeoutofthecontrolarm.
NOTE:Itisalsopossibletocancelallcontrolsbycom-
pletelyraisingtheleft-handcontrolarm.Pullthelever(2)
backward.
