1.Releaseallpressureinthehydraulicreservoir.Refer
topage6-32.
2.Removethereservoircoverplate.
3.Usingapump,removetheuidfromthehydraulic
reservoir.Haveacontainerwithasuitablecapacity
ready.

4.Placeareceptacleofasuitablecapacityunderthe
reservoirdrainplug,removethereservoirdrainplug
andallowtheremainderoftheuidtoowout.
5.Changethesuctionlterandthereturnlter.See
"Cleaningandreplacementofthesuctionlter"and
"Replacingthereturnlter".
6.Installthereservoirdrainplug.
7.Fillthereservoirwithnewhydraulicuid.See"Filling
thereservoir".
8.Replacethecoverplatesealifrequiredandinstallthe
coverplateonthereservoir.
ATTENTION:Beforeyoustarttheengine,itisveryimpor-
tantthatyoubleedairfromallthehydrauliccomponents.

9.Startandruntheenginewithnoloadforapproxi-
matelyveminutes.
10.Moveeachcontrolseveraltimestoremoveanyairin
thesystem.
11.Swingtheupperstructureevenlylefttorighttwocom-
pleteturnsormore.
12.Placethemachineinpositionandthenstoptheen-
gine.
13.Checktheoillevelinthehydraulicreservoirandadd
oilasrequiredandcheckthattherearenoairbubbles
inthehydraulicreservoir.
