7-1. Preparation

NOTES:
* Be sure to make back-up copies of all data in the unit before repair using BACKUP/ RESTORE function in
ActiveSync 3.5 software or Card Backup Tool in Utilities Program because FULL RESET must be performed
to finish or abort this operation check.
7-2 How to make a CF CARD for the diagnostic program
The diagnostic program is contained as 2577 file in CD-ROM of Service disc.
There are 45 files in the 2577 folder of the diagnostic program as shown below.
Transfer the files to the CF CARD using ActiveSync 3.5 or make copy of them using the CF CARD adaptor.
Do not transfer any other file except for diagnostic program 2577 in the CF card.
