Assigning a Name to a Data Projector
You can use Web Setup to assign a unique name to each Data Projector, which comes in
handy when you are using multiple projectors. The projector name you assign is displayed
in the following locations.
• In the “Projector Name” box of the Wireless “Standing by for connection...” message
• In the “Projector Name” box of the Wireless Connection data window (page 68)
• In the “Projector Name” box of the Wireless Connection window (page 54)
• In the “Projector Name” box of the Connection dialog box (page 60)
To assign a name to a Data Projector

Perform the procedure under “To display and log into the Web Setup page”
(page 65) to display the Web Setup top page.

In the “Projector Setup” area, click the [Edit] button.
z This will display a projector setup page.

Enter up to 12 characters for the name into the “Projector Name” box.

Click the [Save] button.

You also can use the projector setup page to define a connection keyword (see next
page).
