Trac Film

Every sample analyzed in the ORACLE must be wrapped in the proprietary Trac Film. The “Barcode Scanner” icon

will display a yellow icon when there are 100 tests remaining, and a red icon when there are 20, as a reminder

to purchase more lm before it runs out. The user can scan in or manually enter a new barcode by pressing the

“Barcode Scanner” icon, then the Scanner button.

1. Select the “Barcode Scanner” icon from the header icons. A pop-up will appear.

2. Select “Scanner” button. A new screen will appear.

3. The user can manually enter the QR code or use a barcode scanner.

• Select “Manual Entry” to manually enter the QR code located on the Trac Film. The QR code is case-

sensitive. Select “OK” to save.

• Scan the QR code using the barcode scanner.

4. This screen also allows the user to personalize the reminders, or use a One-Time Pass in the instance a bar-

code was lost or thrown away before being scanned.
