Separation Of Major Components
FRONT FRAME SEPARATION FROM
ENGINE
Parts which can be inspected during this operation:
• Air Cleaner
• Radiator
• Power-Assist Steering System
• Battery
• Engine Front Area
Removal
Remove front wheel drive shaft.
Hold or support engine with a crane or stands.
Support the front frame or axle bracket in a manner that a
component other than engine can be removed if required.
FIG. 10: Disconnect positive and negative battery
cables.
FIG. 11: Open front grill. Remove side covers (RH and
LH) and engine hood.
