7.4 MA ANALOGUE OUTPUT [3.0]
Item 3 of the main menu allows for definition of the parameters in current (see Fig. 7-7).
Figure 7-7 Menu “ANALOGUE OUTS”
The programme has two parameters:
“OUT 1”
“OUT 2”
They can be selected according to the contents of paragraph 7.1 b).
7.4.1 OUT 1
It defines the outward parameters mA 1.
The “MEASURE” field selects the size to be used:
“FLOW” or
“TEMPERAT.”
The field “TYPE” defines the output type: 0-20 mA or
4-20 mA.
The field “INF LIM” defines the value of the size at 0 or
4 mA if it has been chosen, respectively:
“TYPE”=0-20 mA or
“TYPE”=4-20 mA.
The field “SUP LIM” defines the value of the size to:
20 mA
The field “NAMUR” is only important if:
and it undertakes the values “NO” or “YES”; in the second
case the current output is forced to:
“TYPE”=4-20 mA
2.40 mA in the
presence of an alarm
Every time the field “FLOW” (par. 7.2.4.2.) is modified, all
of the default values are reset for:
“INF LIM”
“SUP LIM”
7.4.2 OUT 2
It defines the output parameters mA 2.
The field “MEASURE” selects the size to be used:
“FLOW”
“TEMPERAT” or
“LEVEL” (recess).
The field “TYPE” defines the type of output: 0-20 mA or
4-20 mA.
