11 REQUEST FOR SERVICE
11.1 PROCEDURE FOR SERVICE REQUEST
In case of the instrument being damaged or in case of partial or wrong working that cannot be
solved by the ordinary maintenance operations described on this manual or on the attached
documents, we recommend to contact one of the CHEMITEC offices or branches or the nearer
authorized dealer / service centre.
CAUTION
If the instrument is damaged or starts wrong working, not in compliance with the instruction
of this use manual, in particular referring to the safety, IMMEDIATELY STOP USING the
instrument and contact the service dept. Never use the instrument till all the safety
requirement are checked and reset.
NOTE
In order to accelerate all the service starting procedures and to make the problem detection
easier by the qualified technical staff, please fill in the following form already from the first
phone call.
The instrument data can be kept from the relevant plate data.
