time/mileage of maintenance have been introduced.
□ The importance of maintaining/repairing car in Chery authorized service
station has been informed.

□ The functions and use methods of Chery customer service hot line have
been told.
II. Introduction to “One-to-one” Consultative Service Model (√ for yes, × for
no)
□ If you have some questions or requirements, you just need to inquire
nobody but your service consultant.
□ The service consultant is the only person that is designated by the
service station to communicate with his customer.
□ A service consultant is responsible for only one customer, and
that is “one-to-one”.
