On-vehicle Jack
The jack is located in the left of the spare tyre in
the luggage boot.
Jack up the vehicle with the on-vehicle
jack only when a wheel is to be replaced. In this
case, operation under the vehicle is prohibited.
The maximum operating load of the
jack is 785kg.
Jack-up Position
The jack can only be rested in specific positions
under the car as shown in the figure. The groove
part of the jack shall be rested on the raised part of
the bottom of the vehicle, as near as possible to
the wheel to be repaired.
The jack-up position of the front wheels is the part
filled in black in the figure.
The jack-up position of the rear wheels is the part
filled in black in the figure.
Removing Wheel
1. Make sure that the vehicle is on a firm and
even ground and the front wheels point to the
front.
2. Turn off the ignition switch and select position
P if the automatic transmission is equipped.
3. Ask the passengers to get off and pull up the
hand brake.
4. If necessary, use a proper wheel block stop to
secure the vehicle and prevent it from rolling
or sliding.
5. Use special tools on the vehicle to loosen the
wheel bolts as shown in the following figure.
