phr is the voice phrase to play, and is represented by one or two decimal numeric characters 0 (or 00) to 99.
Zero is used to cancel the message category that has previously been received, so monitoring can stop a message
from playing without the end user needing to cancel, or the message reaching the auto clear time.
e.g. C,1 or C,01 = Critical message, voice phrase 1 only, “This is a critical warning message.”
e.g. A,3,6,12 = Action message, voice phrases 3, 6 and 12, “This is a friendly warning message. There is a
flood warning in your area. Please stay indoors and check the news for information.”
e.g. C,0 = Critical message Cancel (will silence any messages being played and clear the LED indication).
Multiple messages can be triggered from a single SMS and it will announce a single time when received and will only
repeat if the repeat timing for the category is set in the configuration. The message will repeat until the timeout (if
auto clear is set in config), the user manually clears, or a cancel message is sent.
Please Note: Action and Low Priority messages are silenced while in ‘Away’ mode and during silent hours.
