Adjust Your Volume
On Cisco IP Phones, this feature is supported on:
• On-premises: phones with Firmware Release 12.5(1) or later
• Multiplatform: phones with Firmware Release 11.2(3) or later
Procedure
Use Volume on your headset.
Mute Yourself on a Call
Procedure
Press Mute on your headset.
• You can also mute yourself with on the multibase.
Place a Call on Hold
