Mute Your Headset
The Mute button is located on the front of the left ear cup. If you have Mute reminder enabled through
the Cisco Headsets app, your headset will alert you when you try to talk while your microphone is muted.
Procedure
Step 1 Press Mute once to turn off your microphone on an active call.
Step 2 Press Mute again to turn your microphone back on.
Presence LED Lights
The Presence LED Lights on your headset let others know when you're busy. The Presence LED Lights
automatically show solid red when you're on a call. When you aren't on a call, you can manually turn on the
LEDs with Mute .
