Certicates
Uploading certicates
The SSL certicate is a text le which veries the
authenticity of your codec. The certicate may be issued
by a certicate authority (CA). Other parties can check this
certicate before setting up communication with you.
The list of trusted CA certicates is a list containing the SSL
certicates of all parties that you want your codec to trust.
Uploading the SSL certicate
To install the SSL certicate, you will need the following:
• HTTPS certicate ( .PEM format)
• Private key ( .PEM format)
• Passphrase (optional)
Contact your system administrator to obtain the required
les.
• Press Browse... and locate the HTTPS certicate le
(.PEM format).
• Press Browse... and locate the Private key le (.PEM
format)
• Enter the Passphrase.
• Press Upload to upload the certicate to the codec.
Uploading the trusted CA certicates list
To install the trusted CA certicates list, you will need the
following:
• Trusted CA list le ( .PEM format).
Contact your system administrator to obtain the required
le.
• Press Browse... and locate the le with the Trusted CA
list (.PEM format).
• Press Upload to upload the certicate to the codec.
