1 Follow these steps:
a Confirm that the DHCT is authorized for service in the
billing system.
b Confirm that the DHCT is authorized for service in the
DNCS.
c Send an instant hit to the DHCT.
d Stage the DHCT again.
2 Follow these steps:
a Ask the DNCS operator to perform a
modDhctCfg -s [MAC address of the DHCT] on the
DHCT.
b Stage the DHCT again.
3 If these steps do not work, return the DHCT to us for repair.
Mark the repair tag with S3. Invalid Sub Expire Date.
