Send the EMM File to the DNCS Using FTP
After downloading the EMM file from the FTP server to your PC, you can use FTP to
send the EMM file to the DNCS.
Note: Do this only if you have a network connection between your PC and your
DNCS.
Sending the EMM File to the DNCS Using FTP
Follow these steps to FTP the EMM file to the DNCS.
Important: You must know the IP address of your DNCS to complete this
procedure.
1 Initiate an FTP connection to the DNCS.
2 Navigate to the /dvs/dncs/emmcds directory on the DNCS.
3 Send the file to the DNCS.
4 Go to Extract the EMM File (on page 60).
