Disconnect (brick)
mode, the left LED
blinks eight times,
pauses for half a
second, and repeats.
For normal
operation, the left
LED blinks four
times, pauses, then
repeats only once.
The DHCT (or host) is in either
Service Disconnect mode or
standard mode.
