SET SPEAKER VOLUME
1. Press the SPEAKER button.
2. Press the - button to lower the headset volume. Press the + button to increase the
handset volume.
3. Press the Save soft key to save changes and then the SPEAKER button to finish.
SETUP VOICE MAIL
1. Press the messages button.
2. Enter your PIN when prompted.
- Instructions for resetting your PIN are available on the ITS website.
- Voicemail greetings can also be setup through webmail.
3. By default, the phone will prompt you wish questions and respond to voice
activation. To change and respond using the touchtone system, press any number
followed by 0 (ex. Press 1, and then press 0).
4. Follow the prompts to record your greeting and personalize your voicemail setup.

MAKE CALLS
Pick up the handset.
