Problem
The watch has
stopped.
The watch does
not work even
after charging.
Check
• Is the charge level indicator
pointing at level 0?
• Charge the watch sufficiently until the
charge level indicator reaches level 3,
as indicated in “Guide to Charging
Time”.
• Reset the watch and then correct the
reference position.
If “ERR” is displayed again, contact
the store where you purchased the
watch or a Citizen Consumer Help
Desk or Customer Support Center.
• Charge the watch sufficiently, as
indicated in “Guide to Charging Time”.
If the watch does not work even after
charging, contact a Citizen Consumer
Help Desk or Customer Support Center.
• Is “ERR” displayed in
digital display 1?
• Did you charge the watch
sufficiently in sunlight?
