The weather and radio wave conditions at the time of reception can determine whether
or not the radio wave reception is successful.
However, sometimes customers may not be able to successfully receive the radio wave
even after trying many times. We offer support for such customers, for example by
sending them a map showing the direction of the radio wave transmitter.
