TV Mode Operations
Connecting an external monitor
An output terminal for an external monitor is pro-
vided on the back of the unit to connect an exter-
nal monitor.
1) Press the ADJ button [15] to select the CON-
FIGURATION display.
2) Slide the o-selector [1] to W (down) or A
(up) to move the cursor to “MONITOR”.

3) Slide the o-selector [1] to P (right) and
switch “AUDIO” to “VISUAL”.
* Slide the o-selector [1] to (right) again to
return to “AUDIO”.
AUDIO : A picture is turned on only in TV or
VTR mode. The display becomes
black (external monitor) in radio or
CD/MD changer mode. (Even if
the security camera is connected,
the picture does not appear on the
external monitor.)
VISUAL : The security camera is monitored
on the display. (Only when the
security camera is connected.
When it has not been connected,
display becomes black in radio or
CD/MD changer mode.)
4) Press the ADJ button [15] to return to the pre-
vious display.
