Why does my Cloud CX263 Mixer sound system hum?

A 'hum' in your Cloud Mixer sound system can be caused by the signal source. To identify the source, set the volume control to minimum and disconnect the input leads (both left & right channels) on each line input until the 'hum' disappears. Use signal sources (CD players and the like) that are double insulated with no connection to the mains supply earth. You can also use a transformer to isolate the signal and prevent a noisy loop.
