Follow Me from this extension to another extension:
1. Press [preset ]. The display shows:

2. Input the extension number where calls are to be forwarded from.
3. Press [save ]. The display shows:
FOLLOW FM XXX
co icm/co icm
4. Select the type of calls to forward.
• co = CO Line incoming or transferred calls
• icm/co = both intercom and CO Line calls
• icm = intercom calls only.
You hear the confirmation tone, the extension returns to idle, and the display shows FORWARD FROM
XXX.
Analog Ports (Single Line Telephones) – Activate
Call Forward may be invoked for several operation modes. Each mode may also be invoked for these call
conditions:
1 = CO calls only, 2 = CO and Intercom calls, 3 = Intercom calls only.
Immediate Forward: dial /22, (extension #), 1/2/3 option.
Busy Forward: dial /21, (extension #), 1/2/3 option.
No Answer Forward: dial /24, (extension #), 1/2/3 option, t

is - time the first call to your extension following inactivity at your extension will
ring before forwarding. t

is the time all calls after the first to your extension will ring before forwarding.)
Follow Me Forward: dial /23, (your extension #), 1/2/3 option, your extension password.
(Calls to your extension will ring at this extension.)
Follow To Forward: dial /25, (extension #), 1/2/3 option.
Operation – Delete Forward
1. Press middle Interactive Soft Button (under the “FWD” in the display).
Each active mode of forward will be displayed, e.g.:
BUSY FWD. XXX

2. If this forward is to be deleted, press [del]. Otherwise…
3. Press [more ] for other active forward settings.
Analog Ports (Single Line Telephones) – Cancel Forward
Cancel Immediate Forward: dial /*22.
