Keyboards are not working on all
computers
Keyboard signal did work on all
computers but then stopped
Tighten loose keyboard cable
connections between the
computers and the switch.
Check maximum length of console
cable extensions.
Replace the console keyboard.
Press the Reset button on the
back panel of the switch.
Keyboard signal never did work Check the keyboard console
cable.
Check maximum length of console
cable extensions.
Replace the console keyboard.
Press the Reset button on the
back panel of the switch.
Tighten loose computer keyboard
cable connections.
Check computer to switch cables
for maximum length.
Keyboard strokes shifted (swaps
