Using the Simplified OSD
The Simplified OSD is only for use with the 2-Port switch.
Launching the OSD
Press Print Scrn to access the keyboard/monitor/mouse OSD menus. To print
a screen capture displayed by a computer, follow this procedure:
Conducting a screen capture
On a computer connected to a primary switch, press Print Scrn twice.
The first keystroke opens Simplified OSD menus in the primary switch. The
second keystroke clears the screen, then captures or prints the screen.
On a computer connected to a secondary switch in a tiered configuration,
press Print Scrn four times.
The first keystroke displays the Simplified OSD in the primary switch. The
second keystroke displays the Simplified OSD in the secondary switch. The
third keystroke displays both Simplified OSDs. The fourth keystroke clears the
screen, then captures or prints the screen.
