System Board Fan
To remove the system board fan (158275-001):
1. Perform the steps in the “Service Preparations” section as previously shown.
CAUTION:
Before removing the workstation access panel, ensure that the workstation is
turned off, all cables are disconnected from the back of the workstation, and the power cord is
disconnected from the grounded AC outlet.
2. Remove the workstation access panel.
3. Unplug the fan from the system board.
4. Remove the four screws that hold the fan to the chassis 1 and lift the fan out of the
unit 2.
5. Remove the four push lock fasteners 3 from the fan assembly.

To replace the fan, reverse the above procedure, assuring that the fan will push air over the
system board.
